    What makes a place? The talk explores the role of Art in society today in engaging the people and steering change

    To explore the possibilities for enhancing the living quality of the community and celebrate the characteristics of a place through arts and creativity, the Hong Kong Arts Centre is honored to bring artists, architects, urban planners, cultural practitioners and scholars from New York, Taipei, Guangzhou and Hong Kong, to share their experiences and insights on the relationship between the public spaces and the community and to re-imagine the public spaces through art, culture, design and architecture.
